On October 9th 2005, JuJu Models
& Talent Management in celebrated our 1st Anniversary
with “A Kiss for the Cure” Fashion & Talent Showcase hosted by
“Shaila” (Sisterly Kiss Inc.) of 98.7 Kiss FM at LeJazz AuBar.
The event benefited the “Kiss Cares
Foundation” for Breast Cancer Research. It was a very emotional
evening as there were testimonials from people who were affected
by Breast Cancer. The evening included lots of song by various
up and coming artrists and a faboulous fashion show hosted by
designer/commentator Tyrone Chablis. Music by Lady D Wells
(thanks Lady D) and the Karl Browne Improvisations Band.
Our Models were exceptional and added a
flare of professionalism as they showcased themselves and the
fall collection of clothing sponsored by Phat Fashions/Baby Phat,
Ashley Stewart, Sianii Masi, Tyrone Chablis and Rich Rose
Unlimited.
In attendance, part of the Kiss Wake up
Club, such as Talent & Jeff Foxx also Lenny Green from “Kissing
After Dark” also representatives from Floss Magazine,
Fashionledge.com, Innovative Artists Talent Agency, Ashley
Stewart and many others.
We ended the evening with a silent auction
with donated items from a variety of organizations. The auction
items included 2 coats (Beyonce Knowles), autographed cd’s
(Alicia Keyes & Kenya West), 2 airline round trip tickets
(Continental Airlines), autographed book (Michael Basen), date
with Talent, date with Jeff Foxx, date with Lenny Green, Breast
Cancer Quilt (Spirit of Hope), 4 tickets to Christmas
Spectacular (Radio City Music Hall), Gift Certificate (Ashley
Stewart) autographed photo and bag from Kamora Lee (Baby Phat).
There were so many other donations.

BEYOND THE RED CARPET

On June 23rd Julia, founder
and CEO of JuJu Models attended an exciting event with
Beyonce and The House of Deréon,
design house of Beyonce and Tina Knowles, at Beyond the Red Carpet.
Sponsored by 98.7 Kiss FM radio, the event launched the Knowels' new fashion line
of outwerwear pictured above.

Beyonce and mom
designer were in the company of some of today's
biggest names in fashion and entertainment.
Among the star-studded guests, were P. Diddy,
accomplished rapper, producer, and founder of
Sean Jean, and Jay-Z, well known rapper. Also
on the guest list, of course, was Lenny Green and Shaila of
Kiss FM. Julia and husband, Big Frank of Raw
Silk Productions, was said to have had a delightful
evening, and wish the Knowles' much success in their new
endeavor.

On July 16th Julia attended Raw Silk Productions'
Ultimate Yacht party aboard the luxurious Spirit of New
York. It was, indeed, the party of the year!
Aside from having a great time, it was a work affair for three of JuJu
Models'. |
Michelle, Paige, and Orien served as hostesses on the yacht for the
evening. They were stunning and a big crowd pleaser,
especially for the male guests. Michelle, Paige, and Orien
greeted Raw Silk's guests, as they boarded, made sure they all
signed the guest list, and made them feel welcome and comfortable
throughout the evening. Job well done ladies!
Senior Partner of Raw Silk Productions stated, "I want them at
all my events. Hey Julia, let's talk".
