TO GET STARTED...

It is required by JúJú Models and Talent Management, LLC that all models/artists under the age of 18 years, must have a parent or legal guardian's consent on any and all documentation. It is furthermore required that the parent or guardian conduct any and all business negotiations on behalf of the minor.

Complete the registration form below...Please fill in all questions of the application that apply. Leaving blank areas will slow up your application. After submission, a JúJú representative will contact you within 72 hours to discuss your application.

Once you have submitted your application you will be taken to a page where you can upload your application photos via email. Please send only one headshot and one full body shot at this time. More photos will be requested when your application is approved.

Models - Once you have been approved, you must submit photos for your portfolio and our files.

Submit your photos (photos must contain at least 1 head shot and 1 full body shot) to us via e-mail or by snail mail. (More photos may be required at a later date, or a photo shoot can be arranged if necessary.)

Talent - Submit to us your demos, videos, and press, etc.
